I called to inquire about a golf cart purchase but the guy I spoke to was really short and curt. He seemed angry and when I hesitated he said "alright?!" In an strict and annoyed tone. Will definately not ever buy from here.

Was looking for a used golf cart, was promised that they would go through the cart. Assumed that purchasing a used cart from a dealer that I could trust that they would give it a good once over. All they did was change the oil and wash it. I had to purchase all new wheel hubs as they were bad and seized to the spindle, had to order new leaf springs as they were damaged, and had to order new tie rod ends due to them being blown out and all the grease out of them. When I called to ask about at least helping me out with the parts and id install them myself I received attitude from their "mechanic" as to why I was even looking into it. Clearly I'm glad that I did. But I will make the drive to another dealer that was actually helpful and got me the parts I needed in a timely manner.

I ordered a push cart from them. Their website showed it in stock. Payment was processed immediately. After a week and no notification of shipping I asked for a status and told it was out of stock and would ship within 2 weeks. No updates, when that date passed, I contacted them and asked for a status or refund. Was told, it will ship the last week of the month (2 weeks further out), end of month passed and still not shipped, (Website still shows it in stock). I contacted them again and they said they will issue a refund in 7-10 days. There is no excuse for that. You have held the money for 45 days, its electronic, process the refund immediately. Thru the whole process they never informed of back orders, delays, nothing. I was the one who always had to initiate contact. There are lots of options out there. Stay away from this one.
